The Bump: Prevent stretch marks with these products 2019

They say stretch marks are genetic but do NOT take that chance!


I'm 6 months into my second pregnancy with ZERO STRETCH MARKS. Since stretch marks are tiny little tears in the skin we want to give our skin the best fighting chance while it stretches with our growing babes!


QUICK TIPS TO PREVENT: On top of using the products listed in this guide, make sure you gain the healthy amount of weight your doctor or midwife recommends and gain it SLOWLY (to drastic of weight gain causes trauma to the skin), drink half your weight in ounces of water every day- for example if you're 150 pounds you should drink 75 ounces of water per day!


QUICK TIPS TO REDUCE: if your stretch marks are still a pinkish/ reddish color if you follow this guide you may still have a chance to heal your skin. Follow the same quick tips for prevention. If your stretch marks have faded to silvery white you may need some professional help using a laser to remove them!


Your skin is your largest organ which requires some TLC externally with good skincare products. Also don't forget about paying close attention to nutrition while pregnant to feed your skin all those vitamins and minerals!
